holiday stress relief series

Say goodbye to stress this holiday season with yoga movement and the use of essential oils. These classes focus on poses and stretches you can do anywhere to combat anxiety, improve sleep habits and increase healthy digestion.

-- Dec. 1 - Yoga for anxiety. When you have anxiety or stress, it's not fun for anyone. Practice simple yoga poses that can help you get centered, alleviate stress and calm your nervous system.

--Dec. 8 - Yoga for better sleep. Bedtime yoga stretches to help you relax your body before bed. These poses will help relieve tension, calm your mind, and stretch your body for better sleep habits.

--Dec. 15 - Yoga for better digestion. If you need a little relief from eating, learn ways to increase movement specifically designed to increase digestion in the body.

Fee:$45 for series or $16 Drop In

holiday candlelight restorative yoga

December 7th and 14th, 7:00-8:00 pm

Restorative Yoga allows students to achieve total relaxation by using props to support their bodies.  

Enjoy an hour of reset and relaxation during this hectic holiday season!

No yoga experience necessary

~Each student will also receive a holiday scented sugar scrub

to take home as an additional holiday relaxation treat!~

$16/person per class. Class passes and monthly memberships accepted. Limit 7 students
