gentle flow

Gentle flow is the perfect class for those looking for a slower pace for yogis who want to focus on alignment and going deeper into their stretch. Register


gentle burn & Stretch

Tuesday, 7:00 -8:00 p.m.

Instructor: Karen

This class is a gentle flow vinyasa class with extended pose holds. Longer holds allow students to more deeply settle into the pose and create heat within the body. To compliment the flow sequence, a series of stretching will be introduced to allow the body to recover. Perfect for beginners and those who want to move gently through the sequences and stretch the body. Register


Slow Burn Vinyasa Flow 

Saturday, 7:00-8:00 a.m.

Instructor: Colleen

This class is designed to utilize multiple modes of movement and strength building and integrate them into a flow rooted in the Vinyasa yoga asana tradition. Each month will be a different postural theme, with the weekly classes breaking down the elements of that theme. Classes begin slowly in order to take the time to bring mobility to the highlighted joints and begin to activate the muscles groups we will be focusing on. Through the class, we will weave in strength and mobility work with more traditional yoga asanas (poses). We may not move as quickly as Vinyasa Flow classes, however, students should be prepared to work hard. Register


Gentle Yoga Flow For All

Saturday, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

A mindful fluid flow, with attention to the breath. Excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength and stress reduction. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications will always be given and encouraged. Register
