Yoga classes at Embody are designed for all skill levels and experience. Ask a staff member which one may be best for you.


All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga

Sunday @ 11:30 a.m.

Instructor: Diana

Vinyasa practice focuses on pairing the breath with movement while building heat in the body. This practice will help tone and strengthen muscles, practice balance and fluid movement.
Optimal for those with some yoga experience.

Sunday @ 7:00 p.m.

Instructor: Karen

This 45 minute class takes you through a guided guided meditation to help clear the mind and learn how to focus the breath. Includes Pranayama (breath work), meditation and stretching to prepare for your busy week.
Optimal for all  



gentle flow

Monday @ 7:00 p.m.

Instructor: Diana
Gentle flow is the perfect class for those looking for a slower pace or yogis who want to focus on alignment and going deeper into their stretch. Up and down movements are utilized, but limited in this class.
Optimal for beginners to yoga and those looking for lower impact.




Wednesday @ 7:00 p.m.

Instructor: Diana

Beat the mid-week slump by resetting your mind and body. Utilizing props, restorative yoga opens your body through passive stretching and allowing the muscles to relax deeply as poses are held for an extended time.
