Yoga classes at Embody are designed for all skill levels and experience. Ask a staff member which one may be best for you.


All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga

Sunday @ 11:30 a.m.

Instructor: Katie

This class will focus on pairing dynamic movement with the breath as well as an emphasis on alignment of the postures while we heat and strengthen the body. Our class will offer accessibility to the newer practitioner as well as opportunities to challenge the more experienced student. Students should be able to go from standing to sitting to lying on the floor. Register

Sekoia Chair Yoga

Wednesdays @ 6:30 p.m.

Instructor: Katie

Sekoia yoga was born from 3 founders in Columbus Ohio that wanted to create a multisensory experience that captured healing, knowledge, creativity and joy of life and in our yoga practice. We will incorporate the chair so that everyone can explore self healing through essential oils, physical practice, meditation and breathing, and restoration. This class is sure to leave you rejuvenated & centered.  Register


FLow and reflect

Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m.

Instructor: Amanda

This class will honor the foundations of yoga through our movement, breathing and meditation. Open to yogis of all levels, we will take time in each class to flow through sequences of postures, bring stillness to our mind and take time to reflect on our practice and our day.  Register


Family yoga

Sundays @ 1:00 p.m.

All levels and ages welcome! This class will incorporate breathing, partner poses, relaxation, strength and flexibility. a time for the whole family to enjoy, bond, and restore! Register
