Cancellation / No Show Policy

The Embody Health and Wellness team requests adequate notice for cancellations in order to make appointment times available to other clients and to allow our staff to plan accordingly.

Massage Appointments

Cancellation of an appointment requires at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to give proper notice may result in a $30.00 charge for appointments. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please call Embody Health and Wellness any time at 614-219-1987. Please include your name and the date and time of your appointment.
