Per these guidelines we hold a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment and misconduct. Your therapist maintains the right to terminate a session at will and to decline future booking, just as the client may withdraw consent and cease treatment at any time.

We value your privacy and work in compliance with HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Any information that is obtained from the health history interview process will be treated as privileged and confidential and will not be released to any person other than healthcare providers for which expressed written consent has been given.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running late, your massage duration may be reduced. After 15 minutes of tardiness and no call from you, we mark your appointment as a no-show and you will be charged.

WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST VISIT

Serviecs are by appointment only. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you have not already filled out a health intake form online (emailed to you when appointment is booked) you will be asked to do so upon arrival. We will then review your health history together and go over intentions for your session, such as pressure preference, preferred modalities, allergies, areas to avoid, etc. The intake process is account for and does not take away from hands on massage time.
